Tee times for the 2025 Aldeen Cup will be posted July 17th by 10am. No late entries will be accepted.

Dates: Saturday July 19^th & Sunday July 20^th

Saturday Tee Time order:  First Time 7am: Seniors, Championship, Women

Sunday Tee Time Order: First Time 7:30am: Seniors, Women, Championship

Carts for Competitors: Carts are allowed ($20 + tax per player). Only 2 carts allowed per group so players may be asked to ride together.

Caddies: Caddies are allowed. Please note that caddies may be asked to walk if there is not a seat available in a cart. Only 2 carts allowed per group.

Spectator Carts: No spectator carts will be available for Saturdays round due to another event in the afternoon. Sunday’s spectator carts are very limited and are not guaranteed.

Driving Range: The Aldeen Practice Centre will be open 1 hour prior to the first tee time. Please check in with range attendant upon your arrival.

Live Scoring: each group will be responsible for having one player enter scores for live scoring. Live scoring is done via the golf genius app. Instructions will be given on the 1st tee

Inclement Weather: All efforts will be made to complete 2 rounds. Players should be aware that play will not be suspended unless severe weather is in the vicinity of the golf course or the golf course is unplayable.

Food and Beverage: Alchemy @ Aldeen will be open both days starting at 7am. Food is not available until 10:30am
